1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Property Lead Gen AU (property.productquant.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Property Lead Gen AU is an AI-powered lead generation service that identifies and verifies potential property buyers for Australian real estate agents. We provide qualified leads based on configurable criteria and data from multiple signal sources.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Plans are subject to the specific features and limits described on our pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

Our Lead Quality Guarantee covers leads that do not meet our verified quality criteria, as described on our guarantee page. Refunds are issued as lead credits applied to your next billing period. The guarantee applies to Growth and Pro plans only.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on any plan. During the trial, you receive up to 5 leads at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No credit card is required to start a trial.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as covered by our Lead Quality Guarantee.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms; resell leads without our written consent; submit false or misleading information; interfere with the service's operation.

9. Intellectual Property

Our service, including its AI algorithms, software, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of ProductQuant Pty Ltd. You receive a limited license to use the service for your real estate agency operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProductQuant provides leads based on available data and AI analysis. We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages.

11. Data Protection

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Both parties comply with applicable privacy laws.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email or service notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
